#JubileeFailedNep has become the topmost trend in Kenya after youth from North Eastern Kenya took to twitter to bring to the picture the region’s suffering.
From expressing displeasure with President Uhuru’s conspicuous absence from the region as he did not set foot there since he was elected to office to the excesses of security agencies, it has now emerged that NEP has a long way to go in catching up with the rest of the country even at this age and time of devolution.
in a quick rejoinder, those with different opinion squared the blame on County governments in the region by launching
#DevolutionFailedNEP which is equally trending.
Regardless of who failed NEP, it is clear the region has been failed.
