Nasa co-principal Moses Wetang’ula has warned the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko against investigating NASA leaders, saying investigating Raila Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Mosyoka amounts to harassment and breach to their rights.

Moses Wetang’ula said their coalition will not be intimidated by Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko and said they will keep pushing for their demand to be met fully.

“There is no law that Raila and Kalonzo have broken. This is a condition that we want to repeat here that if the playing field remains bumpy with the referees playing against us then we will make sure there is no election.” Moses Wetang’ula

The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko has recently instructed the Director of Criminal to investigate the opposition leaders over their threats that repeat election will not be held on 26 October.

Nasa co-principal Moses Wetang’ula was speaking in Murende, Matayos and insisted that election will not be held unless the IEBC meet the irreducible minimum demands.

“The irreducible minimum demands we gave to the electoral commission have not been met because we know what transpired during the August elections and that is what we are trying to fix through the demands we gave IEBC,” he said.

Wetang’ula also dismissed politicians from his backyard who joined the rulling party saying they are the enemy of the luhya community, he urged his community to back Raila odinga.
