Flamini who is on £80,000-a-week pay, Rosicky and Arteta are set to leave the club at the end of this season.
Rosicky is likely to want more regular games while Arteta is believed to be offered a coaching role at the club.
The Gunners midfield maestro Flamini is expected to leave the the team at the end of this seasn when his contract ends.
Meanwhile Arsenal have signed FC Basels midfielder Mohamed Elneny on a €5 deal on Thursday.
Arsenal is expected to sign Victor Wanyama from Southampton before the end of the January transfer window.
They also want a top quality striker with Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and even Watford’s Odion Ighalo on the radar.
However veteran trio Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky are all likely to go when their deals run out this summer.
