Member of Parliament for Starehe, Charles Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar has threatened to wrestle Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and anybody who dares to insults President Uhuru Kenyatta.
While at a free diabetes screening conducted at Moi Avenue Primary School, the youthful legislator spoke that he is not afraid to rain blows on anyone who disrespects Uhuru Kenyatta.
“Sisi hatutaki matusi. Kama unataka kumtusi President Uhuru Kenyatta, wewe mtusi, na tukipatana wewe utapigwa. Sisi ni vijana na hata mimi naeza mtusi Mheshimiwa Raila Odinga, lakini siwezi mtusi kwa sababu namheshimu kama kiongozi wa Nasa,” Mr Njagua said.
Investigation into the matter has already been initiated by the Parliament’s security officers with the first legislators risking being kicked out of Parliament for a maximum of 28 days.
Mr Njagua, a musician turned politician also said that he and his counterparts are waiting for the Supreme Court ruling to confirm Uhuru Kenyatta as the winner the presidential election.
The Starehe MP promised to take back grabbed markets and let hawkers sell their wares in peace. He vehemently condemned the bill for the secession of 40 counties drafted by Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma.
