Salah left a family of 4, a pregnant widow and an elderly father.

One of the Mandera bus attack heroes died on Monday the 18th at Kenyatta National Hospital where he was recuperating. Teacher Salah Sabdow Farah shielded his Christian fellows from an Al-shabaab attack and sustained injuries which he later succumbed.1453411318445

Mr Salah left a young family of 4, his widow who is in her 3rd semester 0f pregnancy and his frail dad. Mwalimu was the sole breadwinner of the family.

Kenyans took to twitter to help raise some money for the family he left.  A twitter with the hashtag #HeroSalah was trending on twitter for the better part of yesterday.
