Opposition leaders have been banned from getting into the DCI headquarters where David Ndii is allegedly being detained after his arrest in Kwale.
Nasa CEO Norman Magaya, Siaya Senator James Orengo and former Nairobi senator aspirant Edwin Sifuna were kept away from the DCI headquarters.
It is still uncertain why Mr Ndii was apprehended but authorities said he will be questioned for incitement in the wake of the Opposition’s push for the formation of the People’s Assembly.

Mr.Ndii was arrested by detectives at a beach resort in Kwale on Sunday and was later moved to Nairobi overnight.
He is expected to record statements with officers from the Serious Crimes Unit over claims of incitement.
It is allegedly reported that he had meetings with numerous people to discuss secession at the luxurious Leopard Beach Resort in Diani.
He also openly announced that Nasa will swear in its leader Odinga as president through the People’s Assembly
