Member of Parliament for Gatundu South Moses Kuria is not yet through with National Cohesion and Integration Commission. He has once again been summoned by the NCIC over hate speech utterances he made on September 25. In a dated letter of October 6, Moses Kuria was asked to appear before the commission over remarks made against National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his supporters.

According to NCIC, Kuria asked the Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinnet, to shoot dead Raila and exterminate all NASA supporters who would break the law during anti-IEBC protests. The controversial legislator was asked to appear before the body on Monday, October 9
