Fire razes down Garissa drug store

Property worth millions of shillings was reduced to ashes after a huge inferno engulfed a government drug store in Garissa County Wednesday afternoon.

County firefighters arrived at the venue and put off the fire but only after enough damage was caused.

The extent of damage could not however be immediately established. The store is operated by the public health department.
