By NJ Correspondent:
Majority leader Aden Duale has attracted the wrath of Kenyans on Twitter after a clip emerged online of him making threats against the Kamba community in Garissa.
#ArrestDuale, Kenyans on Twitter demanded the Garissa township MP to face the law over the remarks attributed to him.
Duale allegedly urged the youth of Garissa to ensure no voters were ‘imported’ into Garissa by the Kalonzo Musyoka led Wiper party under whose ticket his opponent in the Garissa township parliamentary elections of 2017 former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Farah Maalim was vying.
The party is associated to the Kamba community who dominate it.
Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jr. expressed concerns over the remarks posting;
I take great exception to the comments made by Duale . We will hold him liable for any harm visited on Kambas in Garissa . #ArrestDuale

A section of Somali youth however defused tension telling the targeted community to ignore the threats.
To our Kamba brothers, these are but a few clueless youth, we will not allow any hate against you as Gsa residents #ArrestDuale

Duale has since denied making the remarks.
