Police on patrol survive grenade attack in Wajir

Police officers on patrol escaped unhurt tonight after unknown assailants hurled a hand grenade at the officers near KANU monument opposite equity bank in Wajir town.

The explosive missed its target and the officers responded by firing at the attackers who were equally lucky to escape.
